1% For the Planet

An international organization whose members contribute at least one percent of their gross annual revenue to environmental causes to protect the environment. 

We are grateful to 1% for the Planet for creating a platform for businesses to join together in an effort to maximize positive environmental impact.

Sarah McComb-Turbitt

Sarah is a marine biologist turned artist with her studio in Owen Sound, Ontario. She is a signature member of Artists for Conservation with a united vision to preserve and sustain our natural heritage. In her work, Sarah captures the unique behaviours of animals and gives us a window into the sentimental moments in their lives. In addition, she has supported conservation with every work created since transitioning to painting full-time in 2020.

Sarah created a collection in January 2024, focusing on species at risk and raising awareness for the species WPC is working hard to help save. Donating 15% of all original painting profits and 50% of print profits, Sarah has donated over $2,500 to WPC in the early months of 2024.
