Chris Boynton is the Principal of The Red Office, Human Capital, a HR consulting firm bringing hands-on HR consulting expertise to smaller and mid sized entrepreneurial organization. Prior to forming The Red Office, Chris was Chief Human Resources Officer for a private equity owed firm with North American operations and recognized as one of Canada’s ‘Best Managed Company’. This followed several other Senior VP HR roles for other private equity-owned organizations, before which, Chris was head of Corporate HR for Canadian Tire when they were voted the #1 employer in Canada.
Chris has a BA from the University of Western Ontario and a Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
He is the past President, Chairman of the Board of Wildlife Preservation Canada and the current Chair of the Governance & Organizational Development Committee.
Chris is a fourth generation Torontonian, an avid outdoorsman and triathlete.
