Nomination criteria
Wildlife Preservation Canada encourages the nomination of Canadian citizens of all backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, abilities, genders and gender identities across Canada.
- Any Canadian citizen working with one or more endangered species in Canada.
-
- That is early or mid-career
- Has demonstrated passion and commitment to endangered species conservation and
- Whose career would benefit from receiving the award.
- The nominee can be a volunteer or employed in any position related to endangered species conservation whether with a conservation organization carrying out field work or research, an academic institution, or involved with a conservation breeding programme, or conservation education and outreach.
