What is a donation of securities?
A donation of securities or mutual fund shares is the most efficient way to give charitably since the capital gains tax does not apply. With your gift, you will receive a charitable tax receipt from WPC for the full market value of your donated securities at the date of transfer.
** Please note that WPC is unable to issue a charitable tax receipt if we are unaware of the name of the donor who made the contribution. Please ensure you forward a copy of this form to admin@wildlifepreservation.ca prior to transferring securities.
