RuiLin Guo combines a lifelong love of nature with strategic business experience. She is passionate about biodiversity and has volunteered with nature organizations including the Canadian Migration Monitoring Network, FLAP Canada, American Bird Conservancy, and Sierra Club Canada Foundation. RuiLin is the Associate Director of Consumer Marketing at Eli Lilly, with prior roles in brand and strategy at Johnson & Johnson, Samsung, and Bell. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she served as HBS Canadian Club Co-President and Sustainability Club CFO. She also holds bachelor’s degrees in environmental science and business from Western University (Ivey Business School). Outside of work, RuiLin enjoys exploring nature through birdwatching, hiking, and travel, as well as figure skating and painting.
